What it knows about you

Your plan reads more than your watch.

Most apps see one signal: your runs. RunFitCoach watches five, and rewrites tomorrow's workout when any of them moves.

Fitness

Your FIT Score updates after every run. Paces, volume, and goal-race times flex with it.

Every workout

Fatigue

Daily readiness blended from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit. Hard sessions move when you're cooked.

Ring · strap · watch

Cycle

For athletes who track it. Intensity tunes to your phase, not just your calendar.

Oura · Garmin · Apple Health

Weather

Heat, dew point, wind, UV. Today's pace adjusts on the fly. Treadmill call when it's lightning.

Live local conditions

Schedule

Travel week? Friday wedding? The plan rebuilds itself around your week, not the other way around.

Every sync
How it works

Four steps. Then just run.

Onboarding takes about three minutes. The plan starts tomorrow.

01

Tell us about you

Three minutes. Goal race, the days you run, what's hurt before. Connect your watch or Strava and we pull your workout history automatically, so we know exactly where you're starting from.

Plans that adapt

Most "personalized" plans aren't.

A 45-minute 10K runner and a 55-minute 10K runner shouldn't train at the same pace. But they do. In almost every app.

Static PDF plans

Miss a Tuesday tempo? The plan doesn't know. Wednesday's easy run is now at threshold pace and you're cooked by Friday.

"Personalized" by pace goal

Your target time sets one variable. Your fitness, mileage, recovery, and life don't factor in.

RunFitCoach

Every run you complete, or skip, rewrites the next 14 days. Paces shift with your FIT Score. Workouts move around travel, weather, and soreness.

Week 6 of 12 · Marathon plan
Coach: You said knee acting up after Sunday's long run. Re-balancing this week. Wednesday's reps trimmed, Saturday's long shortened by 2mi.
Your plan as of Monday morning.
In the app

Made for 5am. Race day. Tuesday.

Questions

Fair questions. Real answers.

Is this actually different from Runna or Nike Run Club?

Runna writes a plan and hopes you follow it. NRC does coached runs. RunFitCoach rewrites your plan every night based on what you actually did, and gives you an AI coach that knows your full history and rewrites the plan over text, not a forum or a voiceover. The three products solve different problems; we solve the hardest one.

Do I need a GPS watch?

No. Phone GPS works. You'll get more out of it with Garmin, Apple Watch, or COROS connected. We'll use HR to calibrate your zones. Strava sync handles the rest.

What if I'm brand new to running?

Great. Half our users started with us. The first plan starts gentler than you think, and the FIT Score is designed to grow with you from a 40-minute 5K to a 3-hour marathon.

Is the in-app coach a real person or AI?

The in-app coach is AI, built on the exact methodology Coach Johnny has coached with for years, with your full training history and readiness in view. Not a generic chatbot. Want Johnny himself? His 1-on-1 coaching is a separate program, capped at 20 athletes.

What happens if I get injured?

Tell the coach. The plan immediately switches to a return-to-run protocol built around what hurts and your history. No guilt trips. No "just rest for 6 weeks." Real progressions.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the app, no calls. 14-day free trial first. We'd rather you leave happy than stay annoyed.
